Family Therapy:

The quality of our relationships is often a key element in the happiness of our life. All families, at one time or another, experience situations when they are unable to agree. Sometimes, a disagreement can grow into a stressful living situation where unhealthy living patterns are repeated day in and day out. Research has shown the importance of learning to resolve differences in a positive manner is an important part of creating and maintaining loving, energizing relationships with family and friends. Family therapy focuses on gaining understanding and insight into each individual(s) interaction with each other as well as daily life events. The exploration of self beliefs, philosophies and behavior in the context of family therapy allows for the creation of a healthy mind set and behavior patterns that help to meet the needs of the family. Clients of family therapy will explore concepts such as reflective or active listening, effective communication strategies for men and woman, conflict and anger management. In addition, family members  will learn new ways to expand the love and bond they share.
